About Me

I am a CS Ph.D candaidate at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where I am advised by Prof. Camille Cobb. I received a master of laws (L.L.M) from National Tsing Hua Univeristy, where I was advised by Prof. Ching-Fu Lin.

My works lie in the intersection of human computer interaction and regulation. I study the effectiveness and perceptions of technology regulation & framework. I provide grounded technology policy recommendations with both quantitative and qualitative methods.
